Return Policy — 7 Days
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item.
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Items damaged, altered, or not in original condition may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.
For returns due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
How to return:
Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely, include the order number, and ship to the return address provided by customer service.
Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
